Hey, I finally got around to trying that pasta recipe you sent over. It was surprisingly easy, even for a weeknight. The whole family loved it, especially the garlic breadcrumbs on top. I made a few tweaks, like adding some roasted cherry tomatoes on the side, and it turned out really well. Let me know if you have any other go-to recipes. I’m trying to build a rotation of reliable meals that don’t require a million ingredients, you know? Something that works on a busy Tuesday. Anyway, thought I’d share that success because I know you were curious if I’d actually attempt it. sOLjk9JkbWWLe Talk soon!

We're still trying to figure out a good weekend to hit the trail again. Maybe sometime next month when the weather cools down a bit. I was thinking we could try that loop trail near the lake, the one that goes past the old ranger station. It’s about six miles, mostly shaded, and there’s a nice spot to stop for lunch near the waterfall. I heard the wildflowers have been really nice this season, so it should be a pretty hike. Let me know if that sounds good to you, or if you have another spot in mind. I’m flexible, just eager to get out of the house for a proper hike. Hope you’re doing well!
