I think the best approach would be to start with the preliminary research phase before we move into development. We should gather all the requirements from the stakeholders first and then create a timeline that works for everyone involved. The team has been discussing this for a few weeks now and I believe we have enough information to proceed with the initial draft. Let me know if you want to schedule a meeting to go over the details.

We should consider the garden layout for the spring planting season. The raised beds need to be rebuilt and we should add better soil this year. I was thinking we could grow tomatoes, peppers, and herbs in the sunny spots and maybe some leafy greens in the partially shaded areas. The compost pile is ready to use and the weather forecast looks promising for the next few weeks.
