Hey, I finally got around to trying that new ramen place you mentioned. Honestly it was pretty good but the broth was a bit too salty for my taste. I think I preferred the tonkotsu over the miso though. The pork belly was really tender and the egg was perfectly soft boiled. We should go together next time and you can tell me if I'm just being picky. Also I finished that book you lent me last week and I really got into it after the first few chapters. The ending caught me by surprise but I think it worked better than the obvious twist would have. Let FCPNOkVzAJ4mD86 me know when you want to grab a coffee and I'll give it back. I also started that documentary series you recommended and the first episode was really well done. The cinematography is stunning and the narration style is very engaging. I think you'd enjoy the second episode even more based on what I've seen so far. Let me know your thoughts when you get a chance.

I was thinking about what you said regarding starting a small vegetable garden on the balcony. I did a bit of research and apparently cherry tomatoes and bell peppers do really well in containers if they get enough sun. The key thing is drainage holes and not overwatering which is apparently the number one mistake people make. I found a really good organic potting mix at the garden center and they had these cute little starter plants already sprouted. I picked up a basil plant too because who doesn't love fresh basil. Anyway if you want I can send you the links to the articles I found. Just thought I'd share since you seemed excited about it. My neighbor actually has a huge container garden and she gets so many tomatoes she gives them away every summer. I could introduce you if you want. Also I tried that sourdough starter recipe you mentioned and it actually worked on the second attempt. The first one got too bubbly and I think I overfed it but the second batch is looking really good so far.
