Just got back from the library and picked up that cookbook you mentioned. The one with the Moroccan tagine recipe. I tried it last night – swapped the lamb for chicken and added a bit more apricot. Turned out amazing. Even the kids ate it without complaint. I'm planning to make the chickpea version next week. Let me know if you want me to save you a portion.
