La Palma

This week, we’re sharing two new coffees from family-run farms exploring thoughtful innovation and experimentation.

First up, La Palma is a washed coffee with bright fruit notes of cherry and raspberry that deliver a sharp, crisp vibrancy in the cup. Produced by William Tineo Chojeda and his family in Cajamarca, Northern Peru, La Palma is an exceptional expression of the Marshell coffee variety, celebrated for its clarity and complexity.

Pai Heroí

From Brazil, we have Pai Heroí, a softly sweet coffee with gentle citrus brightness. Pai Heroí reflects generations of thoughtful cultivation and responsible, regenerative environmental stewardship, a family legacy carried forward by exceptional producer Fernanda de Moraes.

Enjoy notes of orange, honeycomb, and cane sugar, complemented by a creamy, lingering mouthfeel.
