Hey, thanks for the recommendation! I finally tried that new coffee shop downtown. The pour-over was fantastic, and the atmosphere was really cozy for reading. I ended up staying for a couple of hours just working through my book. The staff was super friendly too, gave me a free sample of their new pastry. I think it was a cinnamon roll with a twist. Anyway, we should plan a meetup there soon!
Also, I wanted to ask about the project timeline you mentioned last week. I've been reviewing the initial drafts and I think we have a solid starting point. Let me know if you need any specific revisions from my end before the review meeting. I can circle back on the data points we discussed. It might be helpful to align our notes beforehand so we don't miss anything. What does your schedule look like for a quick sync tomorrow afternoon?

This is just a quick note to say that I managed to fix the issue with the sprinkler system. It was a faulty timer connection, nothing a quick reset couldn't handle. The garden is looking much better now, especially the roses. They were really struggling with the heat wave. I also added some mulch around the base to help retain moisture. Hopefully, this keeps them healthy through the rest of the summer.
Speaking of home projects, I finally got around to organizing the garage. It took the entire weekend, but it was worth it. I installed some new shelving units and labeled all the bins. Now I can actually find my tools when I need them. The next big project is probably painting the fence before it gets too cold. It's a tedious job, but it makes a huge difference in the curb appeal. Let me know if you have any tips for efficient fence painting! 6bhjC61x7fQLcT Hopefully, the weather cooperates.
