I think the best approach would be to start with a smaller pilot group first to test the workflow. Maybe we can pick about ten accounts and run the new process with them for two weeks. That should give us enough data to see what works and what needs adjustment before we roll it out to everyone. I have already spoken with the operations team and they are free on Wednesday afternoons for the trial runs. Let me know if you would like me to put together a brief overview document for the team meeting. I can have that ready by Tuesday morning if that timing works for everyone involved.

The garden beds are finally producing well after all that work this spring. I planted tomatoes along the south facing wall and they have taken off nicely. Basil is doing well too but the squirrels have been getting into the peppers. I might need to put up some netting before the fruit gets any larger. My neighbor suggested using a motion activated sprinkler but that could be annoying. For now I am checking them each morning and picking anything that looks close to ready. The zucchini plants are absolutely enormous and I might have to give some away soon.
