Hey, I finally finished that novel you recommended. Honestly, the pacing in the middle felt a bit slow, but the way the author tied everything together in the last few chapters was brilliant. I didn't see that twist coming about the neighbor. It reminded me a bit of that book we read last summer, though maybe less focused on the scenery and more on internal dialogue. I spent all weekend trying to fix that leaky faucet in the bathroom. Watched a couple of videos online and thought it would be pretty straightforward. Turns out the pipes under the sink are way older than I expected and the fittings just wouldn't budge. Ended up having to call the landlord anyway. He said he'll send a plumber on Tuesday. At least I tried, right? Let me know if you ever need help with something like this, I'm getting pretty good at taking things apart if not putting them back together.
