Hey, I finally finished setting up that new bookshelf I bought last weekend. It took way longer than the instructions said it would, but I got there in the end. I decided to organize the books by color this time, just to try something different. It actually looks pretty cool, like a rainbow on the wall. I still have a few boxes of stuff to unpack from the move, but it is starting to feel like home now. The weather has been really nice lately, so I have been trying to spend more time outside. I went for a long walk in the park yesterday and saw a family of ducks. It was really peaceful. I also tried that new coffee shop downtown, the one you recommended. Their latte was fantastic, and the atmosphere was really cozy. I am thinking of making it my regular weekend spot. Let me know if you want to meet up there sometime. Hope everything is good on your end.
I also started watching that new documentary series about the ocean. The cinematography is absolutely stunning and so relaxing to watch before bed. Let me know if you have seen it yet.

I have been experimenting with making my own pasta from scratch. It is a lot more work than buying the dried stuff, but the taste and texture are totally worth it. I made a simple fettuccine last night with a butter and sage sauce. It was delicious. The key is really in the kneading, you have to work the dough for at least ten minutes to get the right elasticity. I am thinking of getting a pasta attachment for my mixer to make the process a bit easier. Do you have any good pasta recipes? I would love to try something new, maybe a stuffed ravioli or a lasagna. Let me know if you have any suggestions. I also started watching that new documentary series on Netflix, the one about the ocean. The cinematography is stunning. It is so relaxing to watch before bed.
I also finally organized my closet last weekend and found a bunch of old sweaters I forgot I had. It was like a mini shopping spree without spending any money. Highly recommend doing a deep clean if you have the time.
