Hey, thanks for the heads up about the server migration. We ran into a few snags with the database replication, but the team is working on a rollback plan just in case. I think we should hold off on the frontend deployment until the infrastructure stabilizes. The last thing we want is a cascade failure in production. Let me know if you want to jump on a quick call to discuss the rollback strategy. Otherwise, I will keep you posted through the ticketing system. We managed to get the staging environment back up, and the QA team is running the regression suite right now. If all goes well, we might be able to resume the deployment pipeline by end of week. I have to say, the new monitoring dashboards are a lifesaver — we spotted the anomaly before it hit the primary cluster. Great call on upgrading that stack. Also, the documentation updates are looking solid. Jacob reviewed the API changes and he only had a few minor corrections. I think we are in a good place overall. Let's touch base tomorrow morning.

I finally got around to trying that sourdough starter recipe you sent. It took a few days longer than expected to become active, but the first loaf turned out really nice. The crust was perfectly crispy and the inside was super airy. I added a bit of rosemary, LGBb5uj8zW sea salt, and some garlic powder on top — it gave it a great aroma. My kids devoured it with butter before dinner. Next time I might try a whole wheat blend or maybe add some sun-dried tomatoes. Baking has been a nice way to unwind after work. Do you have a favorite brand of bread flour? I have been using the organic one from the bulk section, but I wonder if there is something better. Let me know if you have any tips for shaping batards. My scoring could definitely use some work too. I also watched that Italian cooking series you mentioned. The episode on regional pastas was incredible — I never realized how many different shapes there are just in Tuscany. I took some notes on the classic ragù recipe. Might attempt that this weekend if I can find the right cut of beef. Anyway, keep the recommendations coming. Hope you and the family are doing well. Let's catch up properly soon!
