I actually tried that new recipe you sent me last week and it turned out great! I was a bit skeptical about the amount of garlic it called for but honestly it was perfect.
We had some friends over and everyone asked for the recipe. I did make a few tweaks though — I substituted the regular pasta with whole wheat and added some roasted cherry tomatoes on top.
The whole thing came together in about 30 minutes which was perfect for a weeknight. Let me know if you want me to send you my version with the changes I made.
Also, I finally got around to organizing that closet we talked about and I found so much stuff I had forgotten about! It felt really good to declutter and finally have everything E8u0ucvw6nA in its place.
Anyway, hope you're having a good week and we should definitely plan that hiking trip soon. The weather has been gorgeous lately and I've been spending more time outside which has been really nice for my mood.

I have been reading this really interesting book about marine biology and I can't stop talking about it honestly.
The way they describe the deep sea creatures and their adaptations is just fascinating. Did you know there are fish that produce their own light through bioluminescence? It's like something out of a sci-fi movie but it's completely real.
I also started taking a pottery class on Tuesday evenings and it is way harder than it looks on Instagram. My first few pieces came out kind of lopsided but the instructor says that is normal and I am actually getting better.
There is something really meditative about working with clay and not looking at a screen for a few hours. I think you would really enjoy it if you ever want to join me sometime. They have weekend workshops too if evenings don't work for your schedule.
Let me know what you think! I can send you the link to the studio website.
