Yeah I totally get what you mean about the movie we watched last night. I thought the ending was a bit rushed but overall the cinematography was stunning especially that scene by the lake. My friend kept saying it reminded her of that documentary we saw last year but I think it had its own style. We were talking about it over coffee this morning and couldn't agree on whether the main character made the right choice. I personally think she did given everything that happened before. Anyway let me know if you want to catch another one this weekend there's that new film everyone's been talking about at the indie theater downtown. I heard the soundtrack is incredible and the director did a Q&A after the screening last Friday. Let me know what you think.

I also heard the sequel might be in development already which is exciting because the world they built really deserves more exploration. The lead actress mentioned in an interview that she would love to return for another installment. Fingers crossed it happens soon.

I finally got around to organizing the garage over the weekend and honestly it felt pretty great to clear out all that clutter. Found some old board games I forgot we had and a few books I've been meaning to read for ages. My neighbor came over to help and we ended up just sitting on the driveway talking for an hour instead of working. He told me about his trip out west last summer and the hiking trails he explored. Made me want to plan something similar for next year. The weather was perfect for it too not too hot with a nice breeze coming through. Also I finally tried that bakery you recommended and the sourdough was incredible. I grabbed a loaf and some of those cookies you mentioned and they were gone within two days. Definitely going back this weekend for more.
