I think you are right about the garden this year. We tried planting tomatoes a bit earlier than usual and they are doing great so far. The soil needed some extra compost though. I ended up mixing in some organic matter and that really helped. The herbs are coming along nicely too especially the basil and rosemary. I am not sure if we will get enough for a full harvest but it has been fun experimenting. The weather has been weird lately with all that rain then suddenly hot. The peppers seem to love it though. I finally watched that documentary everyone has been talking about. Honestly I was not sure what to expect but it was really well done. The cinematography was beautiful especially the aerial shots of the coastline. I learned a lot about how they restore old buildings and the techniques they use. They really care deeply about their work and it shows. I might look into volunteering for a local restoration project in my area. There is something satisfying about keeping history alive and visible. The music in the film was also great and really set the mood. I will probably watch it again to catch some details I missed the first time around.
