Hey, thanks for getting back to me about that recipe you tried last weekend. I ended up making it on Sunday and it turned out way better than I expected. I swapped out the regular pasta for a chickpea version and added extra garlic and some lemon zest at the end. The whole family actually liked it which never happens. I was thinking maybe next time I could add some roasted cherry tomatoes on the side just for a little sweetness. Let me know if you have any other easy weeknight dinners because I am seriously running out of ideas and the kids are getting bored with the usual rotation.

I finally started that documentary series you mentioned last week and I am totally hooked. The cinematography is incredible and the way they weave together all the different storylines keeps me guessing. I have only watched three episodes so far but I am planning to binge the rest this weekend. Also I tried that coffee shop you recommended on the corner of Miller and Fifth and their cold brew is honestly the best I have had in months. The barista suggested a lavender oat milk latte and I was skeptical but it was surprisingly good. Let me know if you have any other hidden gem spots around town.
