Yeah I totally agree with you about the book club schedule. Tuesday evenings work better for me too since I have that recurring commitment on Thursdays that always runs late. I think if we push it back by just half an hour everyone would have enough time to get there after work. Let me know what you think about the first selection — I was leaning toward something by that author we talked about last month but I’m open to suggestions. I finally tried that pasta recipe you sent me last week and it turned out amazing. I swapped the zucchini for roasted bell peppers because that is what I had on hand and it still worked really well.
