I finally got around to trying that new recipe you sent me last month. It turned out really well actually. I substituted a few ingredients because I did not have everything on hand but the flavors still worked perfectly. The sauce was the best part I think. I served it with some roasted vegetables and a simple side salad and it made for a great dinner. I am definitely going to add it to my regular rotation. Let me know if you have any other recommendations. I have been trying to cook more at home lately and it has been a fun challenge.
