I tried the new ramen spot downtown. The broth was really rich and the noodles had a great chew. I got the spicy miso and it had just the right amount of heat. My friend got the tonkotsu and said it was amazing too. We also ordered some gyoza which were crispy on the bottom and juicy inside. The wait was about twenty minutes but it was worth it. I will definitely go back to try their cold noodles when the weather warms up. Have you been to any good restaurants lately? I am always looking for recommendations.
