I finally tried that recipe you sent me and it turned out great. I added some extra garlic and it really brought out the flavor. The kids loved it too. Next time I might try adding some mushrooms. ATZOBuXT8cCi Also, I think the cooking time could be reduced by about ten minutes for a firmer texture. Let me know if you have any other recommendations. I'm going to try it with chicken next week. The sauce was a bit runny but still tasty. Maybe a little more cornstarch next time. I also served it with roasted vegetables and they paired well. Your tip about preheating the pan really helped.

So I managed to patch that tire on the old bike. It was easier than I thought after watching a few tutorials. The key is to get the tube completely dry before applying the patch. I used a rust remover on the rims too. Now it rides smoothly. I might take it out on the trail this weekend if the weather holds. I also checked the brakes and they seem fine. The chain needed some oil though. All in all a satisfying project. Let me know if you ever need help with yours. I'm thinking of getting a new set of pedals for better grip. Maybe next month when I have some time. The whole process only took about an hour.
