I finally got around to rearranging the furniture in my living room, and honestly, it feels like a whole new place. I moved the sofa away from the wall and created a little conversation area with two armchairs. The natural light from the window falls perfectly on the reading nook now.

I also added a couple of houseplants—a monstera and a snake plant—to bring some life into the space. It's amazing how much of a difference spatial flow makes. You should come see it sometime and give me your opinion. I might still swap out the coffee table for something a bit smaller. Let me know when you're free next week.

Regarding the bike maintenance workshop last weekend, I thought the instructor was fantastic. She explained how to true a wheel and adjust the brake calipers so clearly. I've always been intimidated by gear indexing, but she broke it down into such simple steps that I managed to fix a persistent skipping issue on my rear cassette.

The best part was meeting other local cyclists. We're planning a group ride next Saturday through the park and along the river trail. If you're free, you should definitely join us. It's going to be a relaxed pace, probably around 30 miles. Let me know if you want me to send you the details.
