I just got back from that new coffee shop near the library. The wait was maybe ten minutes but the cold brew was worth it. They have this little patio out back with string lights. I think you would like the vibe. There is a book exchange shelf inside too — I left that novel we talked about. Let me know if you want to go this weekend. I can grab a table early. Hey, I finally tried that recipe for the roasted vegetable lasagna you shared. It turned out really good even though I forgot the basil. I swapped in some spinach instead and it worked fine. The whole thing took about an hour including prep. I might add mushrooms next time. Let me know if you have any other easy dinner ideas.
