I was thinking about what you said the other day about the garden project. I finally got around to looking at the soil composition in the back bed and you were right — it needs more organic matter. I picked up some compost from the local nursery and mixed it in yesterday. The lavender should do much better there now. Also wanted to mention that the book you recommended arrived and I am halfway through it. Really enjoying the perspective on landscape design. Let me know if you want to borrow it when I am done. The weather has been perfect for working outside lately. MLY0ZuAwmx I am planning to repot the succulents this weekend if you want to come by and grab some cuttings. We could make a whole afternoon of it.

Hey, I tried that new recipe you sent me last week and it turned out great. I was a little skeptical about the combination of ingredients but it really worked. The whole family loved it. I made a few modifications though — added some extra herbs and used Greek yogurt instead of sour cream. It was still delicious. I am thinking of trying the other recipe you mentioned for the dinner party next month. Let me know if you have any other recommendations. Also, the hiking trail we talked about is open again after the maintenance work. I went last Saturday and it was beautiful with all the wildflowers blooming. We should plan a group outing soon.
