Oh, I completely forgot about that. We were just talking about the best way to get to the airport. My cousin said the express lanes on the 405 were completely shut down around noon because of an overturned truck hauling produce. Can you imagine? Lemons and avocados just scattered everywhere for miles. They said it took crews nearly four hours to clear everything up. I felt so bad for the driver, but honestly, it made for an incredible story at dinner last night. Anyway, ApSbviAZGNEr8 if you’re planning to drive out that way on Thursday, maybe leave a little earlier than you normally would. We ended up taking the side streets through Irvine and it added maybe twenty minutes but at least we were moving. There’s a really good little coffee stand near the university exit if you get stuck. Their cold brew is fantastic and they use oat milk by default which I thought was a nice touch. Hope this helps a little. Let me know if you end up finding a faster route because I swear that stretch of freeway is cursed.

So we finally decided to repaint the living room. We went with a soft sage green for the main walls and a crisp white for the trim and ceiling. It took us an entire weekend just to tape everything off and move the furniture into the dining room. My back is still killing me from all that bending and reaching. We used a brand of paint that promised one-coat coverage and honestly it took three coats before it looked even remotely even. But now that it is done I have to admit it looks really good. The room feels so much brighter and bigger somehow. We are thinking about doing the hallway next but I think we need a break before we tackle another project. The dog was very confused the whole time and kept walking through the paint tray. We had to give him a bath and he was not happy about it at all. Anyway just thought I would share our little adventure. Let me know if you ever want to borrow our painting supplies.
