I finally decided to repaint the living room accent wall over the weekend. I picked up that angled brush you told me about, and it really did make cutting in around the ceiling trim a lot cleaner. The color turned out a bit darker than the swatch, but I actually like it better. Let me know if you want to come over and see it sometime next week. I also reorganized the closet shelves with those modular bins I found. Still need to figure out the lighting situation in the hallway though. I tried making that pasta bake recipe you sent me last month, and it turned out pretty well. I couldn't find the exact type of sausage, so I used a spicy chicken variety instead. It gave it a nice little kick. The kids actually ate most of it without complaining, which I consider a huge win. I had to substitute the heavy cream with some milk and butter, and it still came out creamy enough. Next time I might add some more vegetables to it, maybe some zucchini or bell peppers just to sneak in some extra nutrients. Let me know if you have any other easy weeknight dinner ideas. I'm running out of inspiration over here.
