Hey, I finally finished that bookshelf project I was telling you about. It turned out way better than I expected. I used some reclaimed wood I found at that old lumberyard on Elm Street. The whole thing only took a weekend, but sanding and staining took forever. I still need to anchor it to the wall since it's pretty tall. Let me know if you want tips for yours. We should grab coffee next week and catch up properly. Anyway, that's what I've been up to. Hope everything is going well on your end. Talk soon! I have been meaning to ask if you still have that circular saw I lent you last spring. No rush, just trying to organize the garage a bit. Also, the weather has been great for hiking recently. We should plan a trip to the mountains before it gets too cold. Let me know what you think about the first weekend of next month.

I recently started getting into photography. It's surprisingly technical. I borrowed my neighbor's old DSLR to see if I like it before investing in my own gear. Taking pictures of birds in the park is harder than it looks because they never stay still. I did manage to get a decent shot of a blue jay the other day. I'm thinking of signing up for a beginner class in the fall. Let me know if you have any camera recommendations just in case JwhnugUAFH I decide to buy one. It's a nice way to spend time outdoors. Hope you are having a good week. I also tried baking sourdough bread last weekend. The starter took forever to get active, but the final loaf was actually edible. I want to try adding some herbs next time to see how it turns out. Have you ever experimented with flavored breads like rosemary and olive oil? I bet it would complement the tanginess of the sourdough perfectly. Let me know if you have any good recipes to share.
