I checked the flight schedules you asked about. The morning option arrives at 11am and the afternoon one gets in around 4pm. I think the morning flight gives us more time to settle in before dinner. The cost difference is small so either works. Let me know which you prefer and I can book it. We should also decide on a hotel. The one near the convention center has rooms available. I will call them tomorrow to ask about group rates.
