I finally found a place that carries those specific drawer pulls we were looking for. They had them in brushed brass and matte black. I ended up going with the brass because I think it'll warm up the kitchen. I just finished reading that book you recommended, the one about the history of maps. It was absolutely fascinating. I never realized how much political intrigue went into drawing border lines. The chapter on early ocean navigation was my favorite part because it felt like people were just guessing and hoping for the best. Crazy to think we used to sail into the unknown like that. Anyway, I passed it along to my neighbor who loves history. I think you guys would get along great. Let's plan that hiking trip soon, the weather is finally starting to turn nice.
