Yeah I finally decided on the new color scheme for the living room. It took me forever but I think a soft sage green with white trim will look great. We were originally considering a navy accent wall but after seeing the swatches it felt too heavy. The sage is more calming and we already have some gold frames that will pop against it. My partner is on board so that makes it easy. I also ordered a few sample cushions just to test the vibe before committing fully. let me know if you want to come over when it’s done.
We also finally updated our playlist rotation. I was getting tired of the same old tracks. We added some newer indie stuff and a few classic rock deep cuts. It’s been nice having fresh music while cooking. Next step is to reorganize the bookshelf which feels like a whole project. Anyway that’s what I’ve been up to.

Hey I just finished reorganizing my home office and it feels incredible. I moved the desk to face the window and added a small plant shelf. The natural light makes a huge difference. I also switched to a wireless keyboard and mouse which cleared up so much clutter. My productivity has gone up already. I also dug out an old lamp from the basement that gives a warm glow at night. A few cable clips on the back of the desk keep everything tidy. It’s amazing what a few small changes can do.
Also I tried that new bakery on Main Street. Their sourdough is really good, and they have these little raspberry danishes that are to die for. The coffee is just okay but the pastries make up for it. I might go back this weekend to try the croissants. Anyway that’s my update. Talk soon.
