Thanks for asking about the community garden planning. I measured the plot yesterday and it's about 20 by 30 feet which gives us plenty of room for several raised beds. The soil tested a bit acidic so we might need to amend it with lime before planting. I was thinking we could divide the space into four quadrants with a central pathway. That way each family can manage their own section while sharing tools and water access. The county extension office offers free soil testing if you want to verify the pH levels before we break ground. Let me know if you want to meet there this weekend to mark out the layout.

I looked over the photos you sent from the conference last week. The keynote hall setup looked really well organized with those curved seating arrangements. I think using that layout for our annual meeting would improve sightlines considerably. The breakout rooms seemed a bit tight though so maybe we could reconfigure them with fewer tables. I noticed they used digital signage for session changes which saved a lot of paper and confusion. We should ask the facilities team if that equipment is available here. The lighting in the main hall was warm and not harsh which made a big difference for the attendees.
