Hey I saw your message and wanted to respond. I finally got around to trying that recipe you shared and it turned out really well. I made a few changes because I didn't have all the ingredients but it still worked. The texture was nice and the flavors blended together well. I think next time I'll add a bit more seasoning but overall it was a good result. I was thinking about what you said the other day and I think you make a good point about trying new things. I've been testing out a few different hobbies to see what sticks. The gardening thing is going okay though I accidentally overwatered a few plants at first. I'm getting better at knowing when they actually need water. The herbs are doing really well so that's nice. gEPFM3ja4QQ I also signed up for a class not sure yet how it will go but I'm curious to learn something new. The instructor seems knowledgeable and the group is small so that helps. I think it's good to keep learning no matter your age.
