Yeah the team meeting recap looks good overall. I think we covered all the main points for the quarterly update. One thing I wanted to mention is that the timeline for the new filing system rollout might need a small adjustment. The vendor mentioned that the training materials will be ready by the 15th instead of the 10th. That shifts our internal training window by about a week. I already spoke with department leads and they said it should still fit within their schedules. We also need to finalize the backup protocol before we go live. I have a draft I can share with you later this week if you want to review it before the next check in. The rest of the plan seems solid and I think we are in good shape. Let me know if you want to adjust the agenda for the next meeting to include a deeper dive on the backup procedures. Otherwise I think we are aligned on next steps.

Also I spoke with Janet about the office supply inventory. She said the order for the new binders and tab dividers has already been placed and should arrive by next Tuesday. She asked if we needed any additional filing cabinets for the back room. I told her I would check with you first. Do you think we need one more or are we good with what we have right now? Let me know and I will get back to her.

I looked into the volunteer schedule for the community garden this month and here is what I found. The Saturday morning slots are filling up fast but there are still openings on Tuesday evenings and Thursday afternoons. The coordinator mentioned they really need help with planting the new vegetable beds and repairing the fence along the south side. If you can do a Thursday shift that would be great because that is when they have the least coverage. I already signed up for next Thursday from 2 to 5. They provide all the tools and gloves so you just need to bring water and wear closed toed shoes. Also they asked if anyone could bring a wheelbarrow. I can bring mine. Let me know which day works for you and I will add your name to the sign up sheet. I think it will be a good time and we can grab dinner after if you are free.

One other thing I wanted to mention is that the garden shed needs a new lock. The current one is rusted and hard to open. I can pick one up from the hardware store this weekend. The coordinator said they would reimburse me so I will just save the receipt. I will grab a combination lock so we don t have to worry about keys getting lost. Let me know if you think of anything else we might need while I am there.
