Yes I think the plan for Saturday works well. We can meet at the usual spot around 10 in the morning and then head over to the park from there. I checked the weather and it looks like it will be pleasant with some sun and a light breeze. I will bring the snacks and some drinks as we discussed. Let me know if anyone has dietary restrictions I should be aware of. We should probably also bring some chairs or blankets since seating might be limited. I have been reading that novel you recommended and I am really enjoying it so far. The character development is quite nuanced and the plot has several unexpected turns that keep me engaged. I am about halfway through and the story has opened up in ways I did not anticipate. The way the author describes the setting makes it feel very immersive and I find myself wanting to read more each evening.
