Hey! I finally got around to organizing my bookshelf by color. It sounds a bit extra, I know, but it actually looks pretty cool. I found some old paperbacks I forgot I even had. One of them had a dried four-leaf clover stuck inside from like ten years ago. I also rearranged my record player setup in the corner. Now I just need to find a good reading lamp that doesn't take up too much space. Do you have any recommendations? Ive been looking at those arc floor lamps but they seem really pricey for what they are. Maybe Ill just hit up a thrift store this weekend and see if I get lucky. So my friend dragged me to a pottery class last night and honestly it was way more fun than I expected. I thought we were just going to watch or something but we got to sit down at the wheel and actually try it. I made this lumpy little bowl that looks more like a crumpled paper bag but she kept hers kind of centered. The instructor was very patient. He kept saying to just breathe and let the clay center itself which sounds very zen but my hands were determined to make a mess. We are going back next week to glaze them. I am thinking a dark navy blue or maybe a speckled gray. It might be nice to have a new hobby that does not involve staring at a screen. The studio is in that new arts district downtown so we grabbed tacos after. Anyway just thought I would share. Hope you are doing well!
