We should probably pack extra water this time since the weather forecast is predicting higher than usual temperatures. I finally finished the book and I have to say the ending completely caught me off guard. I did not expect the protagonist to make that choice, but it makes sense looking back at the early chapters. When is our next meeting? I have notes on the symbolism and character arcs that I think will make for a great discussion.
