I think meeting at the usual coffee shop on Saturday works best since it is close to the park and everyone knows how to get there. We can start around 9 and head over to the farmers market after if the weather cooperates. I heard there is a new vendor selling fresh sourdough and I want to pick up some early tomatoes for the garden. After the market we could walk over to the library since they are having a used book sale that benefits the youth program. I know you were looking for some cookbooks so that might be worth checking out. If we still have time we could grab lunch at that diner on Main Street that just reopened under new ownership. I have not been there yet but the reviews say the burgers are good. Let me know if you need me to pick anything up or if you want to shift the time earlier. I am free all day so whatever works for you is fine.

I also wanted to ask if you have any plans for Sunday because I was thinking about doing a quick hike at the preserve if the trails are dry enough. The wildflowers should be blooming right now and it would be nice to get some fresh air. I can bring snacks and water if you are interested. Just let me know what you think.

Regarding the renovation schedule, I have been reviewing the delivery dates and everything looks like it will line up well. The lumber is set to arrive on Tuesday and the drywall order should come in by Thursday if the supplier stays on track. I spoke with the crew lead this morning and he confirmed they can start framing on Wednesday morning. That gives us a full day to stage materials and prep the workspace. I think we should plan to do the electrical rough-in right after the framing passes inspection so we do not lose any momentum. I already scheduled the inspector for Friday afternoon so that should work. The windows are backordered by about a week but that should not hold up the interior work since we can focus on the plumbing and wiring in the meantime. I will keep an eye on the tracking number and update you if anything changes. Let me know if you want to adjust the order of tasks or if you have concerns about the timeline. I think we can stay on schedule if we keep communication open and flag any delays early.

I also wanted to mention that I reserved the dumpster for Monday morning delivery so we can start clearing out the old materials right away. If you think of anything else we need to order just send me the details and I will add it to the list.
