Yeah I talked to the facilities team and they confirmed the conference room on the third floor is open next Thursday afternoon so we can finalize the agenda for the quarterly review. The projector works fine and they have adapters for both HDMI and USB-C which should cover everyone's laptops. We will need to bring our own markers for the whiteboard though because they keep running out and the supply closet has been low lately. I can grab a set from the office supply cabinet on Wednesday.

We ended up going with the black bean and corn salad for the potluck because it travels well and doesn't need to stay hot or cold. Sarah is bringing her famous lemon bars for dessert and Mark said he would handle the drinks. I think we have about 12 people confirmed now so we should have plenty of food. The picnic area at Lakeview Park has enough tables and there is shade near the big oak trees which will be nice if it gets warm.
