I think you are right about that approach working better for the kind of project we are looking at. When I tried something similar a few months ago the team found it much easier to stay on track with regular check-ins rather than waiting until the end. We started with a small pilot group and that really helped us iron out the kinks before QdzOgUrq8uTpRH scaling up. The feedback we got was surprisingly positive given how cautious everyone was at the beginning. If you want I can share the template we used for tracking progress. It is nothing fancy but it kept everyone aligned. Let me know if that sounds useful. Also I checked with the team and they said the next window for onboarding would be early next month so we should have enough time to prepare everything. Just make sure to have the key documents ready beforehand. I learned that the hard way when we had to rush through approvals. Anyway hope this helps with your planning.

I finally got around to reading that book you recommended and I have to say it was quite an experience. The way the author built the world felt really immersive even though the pacing was a bit slow in the middle chapters. My favorite part was the unexpected twist near the end that completely reframed everything that came before it. I have already passed my copy along to a friend who I think will really enjoy it. By the way did you see that they are adapting it for a series I am curious to see how they handle some of the more abstract scenes. Speaking of recommendations there is a documentary I watched recently that gave me a whole new perspective on urban gardening and community spaces. It was surprisingly engaging and not at all as dry as I expected. Let me know if you want the title I think it is still streaming on one of the major platforms. We should plan a time to catch up properly soon it has been too long since we just sat down and talked.
