Yeah I totally see what you mean about the team dynamic shifting after the new project lead came on board. It feels like the energy in the meetings is completely different now more structured but somehow less open to spontaneous ideas. I've been trying to adapt by preparing my thoughts ahead of time but it's hard to gauge how much detail they actually want. Sometimes I think they just want the high-level summary and other times they drill down into the weeds. I guess it's about finding that balance. SnLMBkHLIQB I'm hoping once we all settle into the rhythm it'll feel more natural again. Let me know if you pick up any tips from the way they run things.

That reminds me of the camping trip we kept talking about last summer. I finally looked up some availability at the state park and it looks like they have a few slots open in late September. The weather should be perfect around then not too hot and the bugs will be much less active. I was thinking we could try that new trail system that opened up near the lake. It's supposed to have some really good views of the ridge without being too strenuous for a long weekend. I just need to check if the gear situation is still sorted from the move. Let me know if those dates might work for you and we can start planning the menu and figuring out who's bringing what.
