I think the best approach for the community garden layout would be to follow the natural slope of the land.
We can use the upper terrace for the vegetables that need more sun and the lower area for the shade-loving plants.

I checked with the county about the permits and they said we just need to submit the basic site plan.
The soil test results came back showing we need to add some organic matter to the northeast corner.
