Hey, I finally got around to starting that book you mentioned last month. I have to say, the pacing in the first few chapters is really something else. I wasn't sure about the main character's motivation at first, but it starts to make more sense by chapter four. I'm about halfway through now and I can definitely see why you thought I'd enjoy it. The way the author describes the setting makes you feel like you're actually there. I've been staying up way too late reading, which is always a good sign. Anyway, I just wanted to let you know that I took your advice and it paid off. hJ2UElWZH42 Let's catch up properly soon and I'll let you know what I think of the ending. There's a lot of layers to it that I'm still trying to unpack. Hope you're doing well! Talk later.

You won't believe what happened earlier. I was taking the dog for his evening walk around the neighborhood and he somehow slipped out of his harness. He just took off running down the street like a maniac. I was chasing after him, trying not to trip over my own feet. He ran straight into the neighbor's open garage and just sat down next to their car like he owned the place. They came out and started laughing because he was just wagging his tail waiting for a treat. It was a whole ordeal but thankfully everyone thought it was funny. I definitely need to get a better harness though. This is the second time he's pulled a fast one on me. Anyway, just thought I'd share a little chaos from my evening. Hope you got a good laugh out of it too!
