On June 3, 2026, the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) hosted their and final session of the CPSC 3,2,1, Go! eFiling webinar series. This concluding session covered details on eFiling implementation, product certification requirements, readiness from a customs broker’s perspective, and a Product Registry overview.
We are pleased to announce that the recording for today's webinar is now available here.
CPSC staff have removed the portion of the recording related to the certification of bicycle tires (timestamp 20:45 to 21:45) for further internal review to ensure complete accuracy of the message. As a reminder, products require certification when they are a consumer product, or part of a consumer product that is subject to a consumer product safety rule under the CPSA, or similar rule, ban, standard, or regulation under any other law enforced by the Commission, that is imported for consumption or warehousing, or is distributed in commerce, and that is packaged, sold, or held for sale to, or for use by, consumers.
Recordings of the first two sessions (April 8 and May 6) can be found in the eFiling Document Library. We encourage all stakeholders to review the complete set of materials to ensure they have the most up-to-date information as we approach full implementation.
We appreciate your engagement and hope the resources provided continue to support your needs. If you have any questions about the content of the webinar or eFiling more generally, please reach out to efilingsupport@cpsc.gov.
