Hey, just got back from the park. The weather was perfect for a long walk. I saw a guy flying a really intricate kite, like a giant octopus. It got tangled in a tree eventually, but it was impressive while it lasted. Anyway, I've been thinking about what you said regarding the road trip. I'm definitely in. I started organizing my garage last weekend. It's a bigger mess than I thought it would be honestly. I found three identical hammers and a whole box of random screws and bolts that I don't remember buying at all. I definitely need to build a proper workbench before I do anything else out there. I saw a few different plans online. Some are really simple with just a plywood top and some 2x4s, others look like they belong in a professional woodshop with drawers and cabinets. I think I'm going to go with something in between. Something that's sturdy enough for basic projects but not too complicated to build in a single weekend. Also, I need to figure out a good pegboard system for hanging all the tools. Anyway, hope your week is going well so far. Let's catch up properly on the weekend.
