I was telling my sister about that trail we did last weekend and she asked if it was too rocky for her knees. Honestly I think she would be fine as long as she takes it slow and uses poles. The first mile is the steepest but after that it levels out nicely. We saw a family with young kids making their way up so it can't be that bad. I'm thinking of going again this Saturday if the weather holds up. The forecast says partly cloudy with a slight chance of showers in the afternoon so I'd start early maybe around 7am. She wants to bring her dog which should be fine as long as it's on a leash. There's a creek about halfway where the dogs can cool off. I still need to grab some trail mix and make sure my boots are still in good shape. Let me know if you want to join us we could carpool from my place.

Have you tried that new Italian place on Main Street yet I went last Thursday and the pasta was incredible. I ordered the mushroom ravioli in a sage butter sauce and it was perfectly cooked. My friend got the lasagna which was also really good but huge so be prepared to take leftovers home. The service was a bit slow because they were busy but the staff was friendly about it. I am thinking of going back next week to try their tiramisu because I heard it is house made. The ambiance is nice too dim lighting and rustic decor with candles on every table. It is a bit pricey for regular dinners but great for a special occasion. You should check it out and let me know what you think I would love to hear your take on it.
