I finally took that weekend trip up to the trail we talked about and it was incredible.
The weather held up even though the forecast showed a chance of rain.
We started early around six in the morning and the fog was just lifting off the valley.
The wildflowers were in full bloom which I wasn't expecting at that elevation.
We stopped for lunch at the overlook and you could see for miles.
The trail was a bit tougher than I remembered but totally worth it.
I brought my camera along and got some really nice shots especially during golden hour.
The campsite we stayed at had a fire pit and we made dinner under the stars.
It was exactly the break I needed from the usual routine.
You should really try to get out there before the season changes.
I packed light and regretted not bringing an extra layer for the evening though so keep that in mind qeKkjrMs1KhmQj if you go.
Let me know if you want me to send you the GPS coordinates for the route we took.

I tried that recipe you sent me last week and it turned out way better than I thought it would.
I was a little skeptical about the combination of ingredients but it actually worked really well together.
I made a few substitutions based on what I had in the pantry and it still came out great.
The trick with the seasoning really made a difference.
I served it with a side salad and some crusty bread and it was a hit with everyone.
I'll definitely be making this again.
Next time I might try adding a bit more heat to it since we like things spicy.
Thanks for sharing the link.
I've been looking for new ideas to shake up the weekly rotation and this one's a keeper.
Let me know if you have any other recommendations especially anything that comes together in under an hour.
I also found a similar version online that uses different herbs so I might try that variation next week.
