I tried making that pasta dish you sent me last week. It turned out pretty well, though I subbed the regular mushrooms for portobello because that's what I had on hand. The sauce was rich and it didn't take too long to prepare, which is always a win on a weeknight. I added a bit of extra garlic and some red pepper flakes for heat. Next time I might try it with a different type of cheese, maybe asiago instead of parmesan. Let me know if you have any other quick recipes.
