Hey Mark, I finally got around to watching that documentary series you recommended, the one about the history of typography. I thought it was really well-produced, especially the episodes covering the digital revolution. It completely changed how I look at everyday signs and logos. The interviews with the old-school printmakers were fascinating. I tried practicing some calligraphy afterwards, but my hand-lettering is absolutely terrible! Hey Sarah, just wanted to share a quick update on the community garden project. We finally got the raised beds installed last Saturday! It was a lot of work, but seeing everything come together was incredibly satisfying. We planted tomatoes, peppers, and some herbs. The soil quality is much better than I expected. A few neighbors stopped by to help, which was great. We are planning to add a small compost bin next month. I will send you some pictures once the plants start to sprout. It is amazing how much progress we have made in just a few weeks. Thanks again for all your help getting this started. Let me know when you want to stop by and see it! I also picked up some new gardening tools that have made a huge difference in the efficiency of our work. The weather has been cooperating nicely as well.
