I think the best approach for the team meeting would be to break it into smaller groups this time. We have about twelve people confirmed and trying to cover all the updates in one large session usually means quieter voices don't get heard. If we split into three groups of four each group can focus on their specific area then we come back together for the last twenty minutes to share key takeaways. I can prepare a simple handout with the main discussion points so everyone stays on track. Let me know if that structure works for you or if you had something else in mind.

The community garden raised beds are doing really well this season. We ended up planting tomatoes peppers and basil in the first two beds and the third one has zucchini and cucumbers. The irrigation system we installed last month is working perfectly and it has cut down the watering time significantly. A few neighbors have asked about joining next season so we might need to add another bed or two. I can draft a simple sign-up sheet and send it around the block to see who is interested in participating.
