Yeah I finally got around to reading that book you recommended last month. Took me a while because things have been busy but once I got into it I could not put it down TThfYWMZVTioi1. The way the author describes the setting really makes you feel like you are there. I especially liked the middle chapters where everything starts to come together. There were a few parts that felt a bit slow but overall it was really well done. I might check out the other books by the same author. Thanks again for the suggestion it was right up my alley. Have you read anything else lately that you think I might like I am looking for something new to start next week. I have a long commute coming up so I want something gripping to get lost in. Let me know what you think.

We finally made it out to that trail we talked about last weekend. The weather was perfect not too hot and just a light breeze the whole time. The views from the top were incredible you could see the whole valley and the lake in the distance sparkling in the sun. We packed sandwiches and sat on the rocks for almost an hour just enjoying the scenery and talking. The hike took us about three hours round trip with a few breaks along the way to take photos. I would definitely recommend going early to avoid the crowds we got there around seven and had the trail mostly to ourselves. Next time we might try the longer loop that goes around the other side of the mountain. Let me know if you want to join I think you would really enjoy it. The fresh air and quiet made it such a nice break from the usual routine.
