Yeah I totally agree with you on that point. I've been thinking about it differently lately though. The way I see it we all have our own perspectives and it takes time to really understand where someone else is coming from. I finally tried that recipe you sent me last month and it turned out really well. I made a few adjustments based on what I had in the pantry and it still worked great. The key was letting it rest for a bit longer than the instructions said. I served it with some simple sides and everyone at the table enjoyed it. I'll definitely be making it again soon.
