Hey, thanks for the note about the hiking trail. I totally agree that the north route is more scenic. We did that one last weekend and the views from the top were absolutely stunning. There were a few muddy patches near the creek but nothing too difficult. I think osBKefvK6a is a great spot to take a break and have lunch. We packed some sandwiches and just sat there for an hour soaking in the sun. The weather was perfect, not too hot and just a slight breeze. Definitely brings back memories of our trip last year. Anyway, let me know if you want to join us next time. Always fun to have company on the trail. Take care and talk soon!

My cousin just got back from Japan and brought us some amazing matcha kit kats. They taste nothing like the regular ones. There's also a sakura flavor which is really unique. I've been trying to perfect my sourdough starter. It's been about two weeks now and it's finally getting bubbly and active. The smell is incredible. I'm hoping to bake a decent loaf by the weekend. Fingers crossed it turns out well. I'll send you a photo if it does. We are also planning a small get together next month so keep that weekend free. It will be a lot of fun catching up with everyone.
