I think we should finalize the catering menu by Thursday. Laura mentioned that the vegetarian option needs to be confirmed with the venue. Also, we still need to decide on the seating arrangement for the reception. I saw a few templates online that we could use as a starting point. The band is confirmed for 8 PM. Logistics for the parking situation still need to be sorted out with the hotel next door. I will send a note to the attendees about transportation options later this week. Overall, I think the main details are falling into place nicely.

My trip to the botanical gardens was great. The weather was perfect and the flowers were in full bloom. I spent most of the afternoon just walking around the different sections. The Japanese garden was my favorite part. They had a small koi pond and a traditional tea house. I took quite a few pictures. I think you would really enjoy the orchid exhibit they have running until the end of the month. We should plan a day to go together. I checked their website and tickets are available online. It would be a nice relaxing weekend activity.
